Adopt and Light Up A Tree Competition

Get ready to shine a little brighter at the Festival with the Light Up a Tree Competition! Participants can now “adopt” a tree in Centenary Park and decorate it in any style they choose—from classic and cosy to bold and dazzling.

Judging will include both People’s Choice voting and awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place.
This exciting new event replaces the former Light Up Your Garden competition and brings the festivities right into the heart of the park.

Light it up, make it magical, and be part of a sparkling new tradition!

Festival Art Competition

Showcasing creativity from across the shire and beyond, the Festival Open Art Competition is back—and open to all mediums. From painting and photography to drawing and mixed media, this beloved event welcomes artists of all ages and styles.

Entries will compete for the People’s Choice Award as well as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Prize in both the Adult and Children’s categories.

All artworks will be exhibited at the Cunnamulla Art Gallery in the lead-up to the Festival, culminating in an exclusive Gallery Opening Night. Event dates will be announced soon—so stay tuned!

Festival Sculpture Competition

Showcasing creativity from across the shire and beyond, the Festival Sculpture Competition is back—and open to all styles of Sculpture from rustic to modern and everything in between – only your imagination is the limit!

Entries will compete for the People’s Choice Award as well as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Prize in both the Adult and Children’s categories.

All sculpture entries will be exhibited at the Cunnamulla Art Gallery in the lead-up to the Festival, culminating in an exclusive Gallery Opening Night. Event dates will be announced soon—so stay tuned!

Competition Entries will Open on Monday 2nd March and will close on Thursday 9th April.  Stay tuned for more information on how to enter.
