DESCRIPTION:

Grey in colour, woolly and round in appearance, grows to 2m in height.

BARK:

Stems become hairless with age.

LEAVES:

4-5 pairs of linear oblanceolate leaflets 10-20mm long and 3-4mm wide, they sometimes have a notched tip.

FLOWERS:

Five petal, yellow buttercup like flowers with 4-8 racemes in the leaf axils. Flowers winter/spring. Not generally used for grazing, but the pods are palatable to sheep.
